It would also guarantee Creighton gets the No. 2 seed in next week’s conference tourney over UConn and Marquette.Against Seton Hall, Creighton shot 62.8 percent from the field and 52.4 percent from 3-point range. On the season, Creighton shoots 47.5 percent from the field and 34 percent from beyond the arc.”We’ve been working on (shooting) but basketball is a weird game,” Creighton coach Greg McDermott said. “It’s hard to explain why some nights you shoot 40 percent from (3-point range) and 20 percent the next. If you take the right shots, you hope the end that’s going to pay off.”
